CURRENT GROUP OFFERINGS

Group therapy offers a unique therapeutic environment where individuals come together to share experiences, support one another, and work through challenges under the guidance of a trained therapist. Groups range from 6-8 people.

Groups meet every other week for one hour.

All groups are facilitated by Dr. Blue.
